Hiring our facilities

We have a range of facilities available for private hire including a sports hall & outdoor spaces, a stage hall, classrooms and meeting rooms which can be hired by private individuals or community groups at reasonable hourly rates.

Bookings:

To make a booking please contact Mark Adams; Regional Facilities and Health & Safety Manager by email at Mark.Adams@E-ACT.org.uk who will advise you of prices, check availability and send you a booking form.

Please note that each organisation is responsible for ensuring that they have suitable insurance. Proof of this will always be required. Further conditions of hire will be provided upon enquiry.

In some instances we may request that bookings are paid for in advance.
