Your child is unable to come to the academy in full uniform in the short term

Send your child to the academy with a note asking for them to be excused and explaining when the situation will be resolved.  Please note that correspondence from home will not always excuse your child from a detention.

There is bad weather which you think may close the academy

You should check this website for any announcements about academy closures.

Your child is unwell and unable to attend

Contact the attendance line to explain the absence (tel: 01327 313428).  If the absence continues, follow up with a note to the class teacher/form tutor when your child returns to the academy.
